EATS2GO - Food Delivery App UI/UX Case Study
This UI/UX case study shows how we designed Eats2Go, a smart food delivery app. Eats2Go helps people like you find restaurants close by, order yummy food easily, and get it delivered super fast. At Pixelfit, we made the app look good and easy to use on phones. Our goal was to make ordering food online quick, simple, and fun for everyone.
Challenge
Most food delivery apps can be slow and confusing. Eats2Go wanted to be different. It needed to be super easy for everyone, fast and clear to use on phones, and even fun. Other apps feel crowded. Our job was to make Eats2Go feel simple, smart, and not stressful when ordering yummy food online.
The Problem
Before we started making Eats2Go better, the old app had some big problems that made people not like using it. It was like trying to find your toys in a really messy room!
Here were some of the main things that were wrong:
Too Hard to Use It wasn’t easy to figure out how to order food. People didn’t know where to tap or what to do. It was like a puzzle you didn’t want to solve when you were hungry!
Too Much Stuff on the Screen The app looked too crowded, with too many buttons and words. It was hard to see what was important, like trying to read a book with lots of drawings all over the words.
No Way to See Your Food Once you ordered, you had no idea where your food was or when it would get to you. It was like waiting for a surprise that might never come!
Didn’t Work Well on Phones The app was slow and clunky on some phones. It was hard to scroll and tap things, like trying to play a game that keeps freezing.
People Didn’t Use It Much Because of these problems, many people opened the app but then didn’t order any food. It wasn’t fun or easy, so they left.
These problems were stopping Eats2Go from getting more popular. To get more people to order food and keep using the app, it needed to be much easier and more fun to use. That’s what we needed to fix .
The Solution
So, the old Eats2Go app had some problems, right? At Pixelfit , we were like the superheroes who came in to fix it. We redesigned Eats2Go to make ordering yummy food online simple, fast, and fun for everyone. We really focused on making it easy to use (that’s called user experience, or UX) and making it look clean and work great on phones (mobile-first design).

Clean and Easy to See We took away all the extra stuff that made the app look crowded. Now, it’s clean and simple, like a toy box where you can easily find what you’re looking for, even if it’s your first time!
Order with Just One Tap We made it so you can order your food in just a few taps on the screen. No long steps or confusing pages—just tap, tap, done! It’s as easy as pressing the button for your favorite cartoon.
See Where Your Food Is We added a cool map that shows you exactly where your food is and when it will arrive at your door. It’s like watching a pizza delivery car drive right to your house on a map!
Works Great on Your Phone We made sure the app works perfectly on all kinds of phones. It loads super fast, and it’s easy to move around, like playing your favorite game without any lag.
Easy Peasy Ordering We made the whole process of finding food and paying for it super smooth and easy. No more getting stuck or confused—it’s like following a straight line to your delicious meal.
Because of these changes, Eats2Go became a fast, reliable, and easy-to-use food delivery app on your phone. Now, everyone can order their favorite foods without any stress .
